    Jalapeño slice stuffed. Grill

    Marinated grilled then slice breast in half. Put half on garlic pita chips w a half spoon full of pimento cheese on top.

    Nana used to roll um in milk roll um in flour wrap um in beacon and put um in the oven. I can taste um still and that was 26 years ago!

    That would be new to me. I need to try that...

    Instead of boiling the birds like I would do in chicken pot pie, I believe I would brown the doves in a cast iron skillet and go from there.

    I like quail better... Doves are a poor substitute for eatn wild quail bird.... Fry, make gravy, serve over rice with broccoli on he side (add a little butter and lemon juice).

    Please try to eat a vegetable now and then guys.

    Wrapped in bacon with a little slice of jalapeño or onion between the bacon and breast.
