You sound just like me 'til I just jumped in at the end of April. I would have never gone if I hadn't just done it, knowing all workouts can be scaled. I still scale most of my workouts, one way or another - but the benefits can't be ignored. I hadn't lifted a weight in nearly 20 years and now I seriously can't come up with a reason why I waited so long.
The first class is always free and our trainers are incredible.
