    Default Sunday Beatdown

    50 Burpees
    100 Abmat Situps
    50 C&J @ 115/75
    200 DU's
    50 Back Squats @ 115/75
    100 KB Swings @ 53/35
    50 Push Ups
    200m partner carry

While one person works the other one has the option to do wall sits/plank/or hold 25# ovh.

It was fun especially because we couldn't choose our partners. It reminded me of a hero WOD as it was so taxing on every part of the body.

I think we're getting a group together to do 31 Hero's and make a donation soon. Anyone else doing it?

That is a rough deal right there. Did each partner do all of the work or was it cumulative?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

Cumulative. We broke it up pretty evenly and only a few of them I did more reps.

I loved it. Partner WOD's are great. I always push myself even harder because I know I have someone counting on me. That was one of the longer metcon's we've done in a while and I hope we see 1 a week.
