We hosted an Outside The Box party four our gym at our house Sairdee night. I drank beers and ate cheesecake - and cannonballed into the pool. And had more leftover cheesecake yesterday.
But I purt 'near killed myself this morning, so all is well.
Since April 26, I'm down 15lbs and 2" in my waist. So there.

we(I) "go off" at 6:30 every morning except today... Sundays are big mileage days. Tomorrow is 10 miles on the bike and 3 miles on the hoof... None of thAt kettle ball mumbo jumbo slick heading. We gotta go to werk by 8:30 so I can't wait up for you.
