    Default 4 Wheelers

I think Ive narrowed it down to Yamaha Grizz 450 or Arctic Cat 500.
Whats the pros and cons of these from people in the know. And yes I know that Honda makes a 4 wheeler..

My 2013 Honda Foreman 500 was the nicest, smoothest, best riding four wheeler I've ever owned, and I've owned many.

    Honda is the answer
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

We have a Grizzly at work. My thoughts:

    1) It is loud. Annoyingly loud.
    2) The parking break location gets in the way.
    3) I know it sounds crazy, but the gas cap is a bitch. Hard as hell to open/close.
    4) Overall quality leaves me unimpressed.

That being said, it is a yamaha which makes me feel comfortable with its reliability.

    All that being said..
Honestly. Get a Honda. There is no comparison in quality.

    Hope his helps..

i know you didn't ask about a honda and i have no first hand experience with either the yamaha or arctic cat, so i can't help you there. but, do the right thing and get a honda rancher or foreman.

You'll have a helluva time getting rid of the Arctic Cat next year when you decide to get something else.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Honda is pretty much bullet proof. My old one had a bullet hole through the rack where buckshot's nephew shot it.

I've had a Susuki, a Kawasaki and a Honda. They all had positives and negatives- but the Honda had the least amount of negatives. My Kawasaki Prairie was damn near indestructible, but I got rid of it because it was 2wd. The foreman is a damn near perfect machine

In Meeks we got a Yamaha 250 that we got used in like 1996... paid $850, maybe 800. It still runs no problem.

Honda is badass... we just aint got one.

Between the old man and I we have two yamahas and an artic cat. Work has two Hondas. I love my Yamaha I got as a b-day present 15 years ago. Still runs like a champ. That said, I've never had a problem with any of them aside from a dead battery.

I have a 92 Honda and the bitch still runs.

My every day, and I do mean every day that I don't have to get in the water, is an 02 Yamaha Griz. Auto, full floorboards, etc. is niiiice. When we want to go duck hunting though, the 300 Hondas come out and swim like fish. Fuck the fuck out of a belt driven 4wheeler in the water...

I've seen many a honda old and new get brutally punished and they still run like a top.
I've seen other brands get brutally punished and they didn't hold up very well.
Could just be a coincidence, but I doubt it.
