We buy 'em at Sam's - my daughter loves them. Well, she loves to walk around with them in her mouth and then spit them out somewhere after about 5 minutes. This leads me to a scavenger hunt to complete my salad, because I refuse to cut up another one, knowing that she has stashed 20 pieces around the living room in various stages of sogginess.

I always ate a couple nanners with some peanut butter and a bunch of water. I stumbled across this drink an ER doc in Charleston came up with called Bana a few months ago for my kid.. Said that Charleston Southern and the Citadel switched to it and they haven't had a heat related incident since. Not sure how true that is but it might be worth checking out. I liked Simple's idea too.

Somehow, and I have a theory as to how, sports has turned into a career for kids and it's stupid and sucks.
Yep that's pretty much how it was. No longer that way unfortunately.
