    After puking on Wed I had to get my manhood back today.

    800 m run
    25 Pull ups
    800 m run
    25 S2O (115)
    800 m run
    25 T2B
    800 m run
    25 box jump (24")

    Good work, those 1/2 mile runs would cut my fat butt. Everything else I'd do alright with.

    Damn dude.

    This morning was 5 RFT :

    7 DB C&J at a weight of your choice
    28 DU's

    8 min time cap.

    I started with 45#'s and after the first round dropped back to 35# and still only completed 4 rounds. Didn't realize how smoked my shoulders would get.
