When you call the Coast Guard to give them advance notice so they don't scramble the helicopter, please record it so we can hear their response.
Take some notes........

Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
I told my mom I wanted a pyrotechnics display as they carried me down the aisle of the church, while "if heaven ain't a lot like dixie" played in the background. She told me that was sacrilegious. So I told her I wanted to be stuffed and mounted holding a beer in my hand with a big smile on my face. When guests came over they could hang their hat on me and she would be required to play "prop me up beside the jukebox". She tried to send me to therapy after that one...
I just cleared my schedule for Monday and Tuesday (hungover day) b/c surely there is going to be some sort of festival after this event. You can't shoot flaming arrows at a dead person floating on a raft filled with explosives and not have a drunken gathering to celebrate the shot.
I hope I can reschedule my Monday! I'll bring the beer~
Windows Down!
Might want to watch the tides for Monday and catch it on a falling tide. You don't want your shit getting hung up under the bridge.
Low tide will be arounf 10:04am.
High tide will be around 4:43 pm.
Sun sets at 8:23pm, everyone should be pretty "likkerd up" by 7:00pm.
I want in on this deal, you want me to bring my bow?
And I thought my family was a mess for burying an uncle with a lawnmower.....

Travis if this really goes down and you land it, send me the video.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
riiiiiiiiiight. the current's pretty simple there....
timing is going to be crucial. you dont want the viking ship to get out of range too fast.
I think we need to practice a couple of times sunday afternoon.

Follow the steps Waldo posted on making a flaming arrow. I would not put "explosives" on the boat but some combustible materials. I would push the boat off and shoot the arrow before it gets more than 40yds away or whatever distance you are comfortable shooting.
Honorable thing you are doing for your friend and their family so I would make a plan that leaves the least chance for error
What time Monday is this going down?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
3 days out.
What's the word? What's the plan?
