    I'm not sure if Paul is having problems at home, but he's been kicking our ass lately. Especially on Saturdays.

    Today's punishment: "Kelly"

    5 rounds for time
    400 m run
    30 wall balls 20/14
    30 box jumps 24/20
    Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

    Any time I go to a 9:30 workout on a Saturday I know it's going to be at least 30 minutes of hell. That's how Saturday's at our box have always been. I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone!

    50 CTB
    1 min rest
    25 GHD sit ups

    We had our people max on snatches today.

    Then 1 min on followed by 1 min rest x 8 of...

    60 yard sprint and max effort wall balls. (20/14) score total reps.

    Competed in my first competition on Saturday with some folks from the gym. Our box sent 3 teams of true beginners. We placed 8th/11th/14th out of 20 teams. 1st-3rd were some stacked teams that really should have been in a scaled division. But I digress. It was fun day with a great atmosphere.

    Here are the Wods(teams of 4 with one person working at a time):

    WOD #1:
    5RM Front Squat (10 minutes)

    WOD #2:
    2 Rounds
    1 Min max KBS 35/26
    1 Min Max Thrusters 65/45
    1 Min Max Squat Cleans 65/45
    1 Min Max Box Jumps 24/20 (step ups ok)
    1 Min Max Burpees (onto Bumper plate)

    WOD #3:
    15 Min. Time Cap
    200 Meter Team Run
    50 OH Lunges 25/10
    200 Meter Team Run
    50 Box Step Ups 25/10
    200 Meter Team Run
    50 OH Squats 25/10
    200 Meter Team Run
    50 Box Step Ups 25/10
    200 Meter Team Run
    50 OH Lunges 25/10

    Then yesterday I went to our 9:30 class and did a coaches choice wod:


    5 rounds for time with 1 min rest between rounds
    10 thrusters @ 75#
    10 box jumps @ 24"
    20 double unders

    65% (165) x 5
    75% (185) x 5
    85% (215) x 5

    Then...

    4 Rds for time
    12 Front Squats @ 95lbs.
    7 pullups

    Red band - 6:39

    Based squats on 250lb max - only because I have yet to work up to my 1 rd max. Need to go heavier than that.

    The Rx only counts if you choose to do the workout as prescribed. That 135 you put on the board was for the wimmens.

    Don't be mad because it took you 30 minutes. I dropped it to 135 with 7 reps to go because my form had gotten shitty, but, you are correct. Also, most of the wimmens in there squat more than me, so don't insult them.
