Any time I go to a 9:30 workout on a Saturday I know it's going to be at least 30 minutes of hell. That's how Saturday's at our box have always been. I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone!

Competed in my first competition on Saturday with some folks from the gym. Our box sent 3 teams of true beginners. We placed 8th/11th/14th out of 20 teams. 1st-3rd were some stacked teams that really should have been in a scaled division. But I digress. It was fun day with a great atmosphere.
