Went to see my cousins new place in Wilson NC this past weekend. Hauled the boat and we did a little catfishing since there isnt much else to do there. Was our first time on the Neuse. it seemed to have some pretty healthy ones.

Neuse is a great river. Fish with my uncle on it. Caught some good bass. We always make a stop my yacht yard to see this million dollar boats.

Yep I was pretty impressed with it. First spot I stopped to try and catch some bait with the cast net produced 6 nice size redbreast and a handful of big fat gizzard shad. Saw some guys catch a few bass as well. Seems like a healthy system.
