My NC hometown boys are on the Carnivore. One of my best friends is running the cockpit and they can catch fish. His name is John Parks and he was in the seat and on the reel for the 2010 lawsuit win. I spoke with him two days ago. Watch these cats

My bad, I just spoke with John and he will not be on the Carnivore. Will be on the "Animal House" and he has one more "share" left for purchase at $2000. That will get you 12% of winnings. He has been in the money every year with a Blue for the past 5 years, Starts fishing Monday, boat has to fish 4 outta the 6 days. If weather gets too bad, he has a 61 Buddy Davis on standby, they will fish.

Wasn't that lawsuit over disqualification due to a mate not having a license?

    Yes,
My buddy John had the second largest Marlin on the Carnivore, the Citation's disqualification put him in first place. That lead to the Citation filing a law suit.
Has since been settled out of court. Part of settlement was that neither party can discuss the settlement.

I don't think they were deemed winner. Carnivore I believe was still the winner but the Big Rock and Citation settled out of court. Like was said above they can't talk about it so take it for what it's worth on who the winner is I guess.
