    What's the skinny on lunch meats/deli meat? SM's lunch looks real good but that doesn't look like sliced wild turkey breast....

    It's some stuff my wife buys. It don't make me fee like crap like grains do, so I eat it. Nitrates taste good, as far as I can tell. Oil/vinegar for the dressing.

    i think a lot of yalls brain washing from grains comes from eating the wrong grains. its likely the SUGARS mixed with the grains that make you feel bad. eat some quinoa or steel cut oats with the proper "sugar" and your mind wont let your body feel so badly.
