No marinade on Tuna. Sea Salt, coarse ground Black pepper. Grill to medium rare.

The two listed above or blacken it and serve on a nice bun lightly buttered and toasted with tomatoe, lettuce. Tuna tacos are always good too. Cook the tuna medium rare. Squeeze a small amount of lime, and serve with pico and avocado.
get a paper plate and sprinkle balck and white pepper on it. Hand rub a small drop of olive oil on each side of the tuna and lay it on the pepper to get a decent bit on each side. Grab tuna and throw in a hot skillet, about 7-10 seconds a side depending on thickness.
You can grow up to be just like me....
Dip it in a little soy and coat it in sesame seeds. Throw it in a hot skillet for a few seconds and take it out and eat it

Blacken it and load a bun with mayo for it.
Black pepper and sesame seeds, sear in toasted sesame oil in about a med/high cast iron pan.
If you have to use marinade, mix soy sauce and honey 1:1 roll in this mixture , let sit about 5-10min, coat in sesame and sear.
Tuna doesn't need a recipe.
Marinate in Italian dressing for 2 or 3 days, wrap in bacon, slather in mustard, dredge in House Autry and fry, then finish in the crock pot with BBQ sauce. Serve with soy and wasabi.

Little bit of olive oil, course pepper, little but of sea salt, lemon juice and lite zest of a lime. Sear for a few seconds in a hot ass pan. Serve it with veggies and wild rice
