Problem is how hard it is to prosecute. Had a true 100% dirtbag dead to rights the last weekend of deer season. Well the GW moved the court date for me but he never confirmed that w me and since I'm in TX the guy goes free. Basically if you can find land owned by someone residing in a different state, it might as well be public property. Had pics of this asshole and had to put up w his mouth for 20min as he walked w a loaded gun off my property. Wish a pic could satisfy guilt

    This is the problem.

However, that's all you can do. He's got a loaded gun and if you shoot him, you're in deep shit.

Sheriffs & Police handle simple trespassing 99% of the time.
GWs handle trespassing to hunt, fish or trap 99% of their time.

Only if they find the body, or you talk, though... right?

This math/logic (not you ECU) makes no sense. If you reduce something by half, regardless of how many times, it never gets to zero. PERIOD. Furthermore, this process would give the greatest offenders more credit for each year clean than a minor offender. Stupid and ponderous. MG

Not sure of the exact wording, but I believe if you keep your nose clean, you will have a clean slate in two years. Half back the next year and the balence the year after.
