I would be smoking that deal until the front squats. Once you finish the squats the burps suck, but you know you are almost done.

I was finished with the sit-ups somewhere around 9 minutes. Squat cleaned the weight and went until I hit the wall. I ran out of air and went into super slow mo.
I would be down to sets of 2 in the squats. Kelly Starrett is at CCF doing mobility vert today so we worked out on the USC track. 1400m time trial in 13:02. We had a guy that ran the 800 at USC with us and he lapped me in 7.5 laps. I smoked everyone else but this kid left my ass.

My last two sets were 6 reps. The constraint was oxygen, not leg strength.
Front Squats suck, but not as bad as Overhead, for me. I'd be okay, until those. Then Ruint on the last two.
