    Funny story Waldo. Will make a great dog I am sure. One of my best ever dogs was a Yella Lab and a my big ass golden mixed. Hard headed but tough as nails

    Ain't most people mutts? Check yer tree. Best bird dogs I've had were pointer/setter mix. Work with what he's got, bring out the best and you'll have a fine dog! I ain't no purist, just a duck hunting, dog training old fool.
