    Default Wendler Programming

    Looking to try something new with a strength focus.
    Thinking of trying this 2-3 days a week with CF/MA WODs the other days. Weekends off.


    I've seen some talk of Wendler here so please share your experience.

    It works. Will seem like you're not doing enough at first bc working sets based off 80%, I think of your 1RM. but just stick with it. 5-10 lbs per month gains are a lot, if you're not a beginner, over course of a year.

    In Dec. I began using the Wendler Boring But Big program. Each cycle I plan to bump up the 5 sets of 10's up. I began at 50%, using 55% now and hope to reach 70% by May.

    The 5-3-1 progression sets have been light, the last couple sets of the 5x10 has been brutal on the squats and deads.
