I've been out of my box for the last month due to a muscle strain and then during Thanksgiving I strained a tendon in my wrist. I'm waiting on the 3rd one to come and go.

But, I'll be your huckleberry, Glenn!

Good group. Obviously I'm in as well and so is the gal pal.

Sometime in the next week I'll post a video of range of motion standards so everyone is on the same page on what is and is not full range of motion. These are 3 of the most simple movement out there in the world of exercise but you'd be surprised how bad folks can screw 'em up.

You should be good J. Push ups shouldn't bother it. I deal with golfers/tennis elbow frequently. Only affects my grip but pushing/pressing movements should be fine.

Get you a rubber band, a decent one but not a huge one and make it work like this on your fingers...

Then just open your hand as far as you can and hold it for 5 seconds or so. Do it for a few minutes a couple times a day then ice it.

I start back swimming in January to get ready for Ironman Chattanooga in Sept.
This will be a good distraction and coincide with daily training.

I did hundreds of push ups at Fort Benning one summer. Wonder why I can't now?
Maybe it's just that Im no 18 anymore. We'll see.
    This will be cool.

IN. Already have a good morning and evening sit-up and pushup routine, just will have to throw the squats in there. Have a buddy that is always doing one of these monthly routines: 1000 burpee-month, 10,000 kettlebell swings-month, etc.

Nice Cedar! One of my running buddies is gearing up for Ironman France.
