    Fuck me running--I'll try it.

Damn though, eating 100 push ups in a day is going to be tough. I mean, who doesn't like the orange frozen creamyness, but 100--geez. Do they sell them at Sam's?

So aside from the obvious goal of just getting people moving, how are we bench marking this thing? This is basically working up to Angie without the pull ups.

Maybe post up the time to complete on Day 100?

I can tell you for me it's the 1,045 air squats over the last 10 days that I'm dreading already.

I gotcha. Good motivation. Not criticizing. I just thought I was missing something. Y'all post all these crazy Sadistic sounding workouts on here all the time and this sounded a little more tame. I'm motivated.

So an air squat is what exactly? A squat with no weights?

    Can't hurt me. I'm in.

Although, I'm afraid the 100 day will fall on a Hero WOD day. Willy cut my ass this morning. I don't like running, not a bit.

Correct. Nothing to it. Just make sure the crease of your hips is below your knee.

If I can get my Tennis Elbow healed by then I am in. Wife too. I can't even hold a pencil in my right hand at the moment. Anybody got any secrets to heal this up besides resting it. Hard to do if you are right handed. Been taking 1000/mcg a day of B-12 for a week. health book says I got to cut back to 500 after a week.
Wife already does 50 situps every morning before work

I would check out some of Kelly Starrett's MobilityWOD videos on Youtube. I'm betting he's given some good explanations on stretching techniques or flossing techniques to eliminate elbow pain.

I was having some pretty severe Ulnar nerve pain that was causing elbow and shoulder discomfort and a couple stretches out of Starrett's book along with flossing my elbow with bands and it went away pretty quickly.

Oh, yeah. I get that as well. To the point I thought I tore my bicep or something.

PT friend and client told me to do the following:

    Ibuprofen 4-600 mg/day for 3 weeks.

Take a coffee cup, fill it half full of water, freeze it. Tear paper/styrofoam down to expose Ice (like a push pop or something). Rub ice on inside and outside of elbow, especially that little knot on the back.

    Like new money!
