    Default Fresh fish....

Broiled weakfish, stone ground bacon grits, and stewed okra succotash!
Broiled with pats of butter, fresh cracked S&P..... On time and simple stupid.
Was reading Adventures of Huck Finn to my 6 yo and she asked me to please not eat so much so she could have some bacon grits in the am!
FYI..... Spanked the summer trout nearshore on Sunday!

I don't like my foods to touch.

    However, sounds tasty.

    Not really.

I guess I just like the idea of actually tasting what I'm eating.

I mean, I eat soups, casseroles, etc. I just like for servings of whatever not to touch.

Having said that, I make one helluva mess at a breakfast buffet.

I have been drinking enough makers and eating enough shellfish that I now think I am immune to the gout!

LOL...well, kinda. My wife did buy me two divided plates a few years back; they seldom get used.

I simply eat one thing at a time. I'll put an item on my plate, eat it all, and then put another item on my plate in a different spot.

If an item is runny, or has too much juice, I'll get a seperate bowl. Or, sometimes I'll use another smaller plate.

Call me odd, if you want. It's simply one of my few faults.
