    Default dead hogs

we started flooding duck ponds. took gates off to make access easier for PEOPLE during duck season. Hogs must've been waiting. they are in there in 2 feet of water. pretty sporty. Spot and stalk. I shot two with the bow saturday morning and my son was jealous. Took him Sunday morning and it took a little longer. We had bow, rifle, and shotgun. He wanted to watch and participate in stalking one. Got close and another came busting out of the corn. I saw him instinctively put the gun up. I asked "are you on him?" he said "yes" as he shot. He and I trudged thru that water and dragged that bastard out. Made him work for it but it was fun. 20ga with buckshot at 20 steps.

    I like dead hogs.

Any way you could put standers at the gates and create a little man drive for your self? I know a group that did that and it worked for them, but their impoundment is several acres in size and the pigs had only one way out.
