    Default Screen grab

Hey nerds - how do I make a screen grab of a dialog box and embed that in an email? I'm trying to get somebody to diagnose a printer issue. They are smart enough to show me these screen grabs and I ain't. Hook a brother up, please.

Asking that person to show me at this point would be giving up and admitting defeat. Coming here for that info just makes me a little less nerdy than y'all.

    Start, Program, Accessories, Snipping Tool.

Grab the area. Click Edit and Copy. Paste into an email.

You could also get them to start a screen sharing session with join.me or something similar and walk them through the fix.
