Thats just how I do my chicken on the grill and pig cookers, except on the last dunk, I leave it in there for about 10 minutes, then goes from sauce pot to the plate. Flavors it to the bone.

I use a similar recipe. Throw in some Carolina Treet as the BBQ sauce component. Good stuff.
