    The flavor is very good. It is a very tough meat that has to be cooked slowly. In a crock pot as a roast, it is awesome.

    I wouldn't advise eating bear that ate predominately out of trash cans. The meat has the flavor of what they typically eat. These bears have a diet of largely blueberries.

    That was an awesome story! Plan to leave for NODAK Thursday with my brother in law to shoot ducks, pheasant, grouse, and padridge! Again, way to go!
