    Default Long Lines

Looking for the easiest/fastest way to do long lines. Running anywhere from 12 to 18 deeks a line. I've been checking out the Heavy Hauler Raft O Ducks anchor system. Has anyone had any experience with this system or have a better way to go? Pros? Cons? Go to hell?

    long lines are overrated

I bought long line clips from someone on here. Made my own anchors out of drainage pipe and concrete. Black rope. I hunt tidal, my weights are 7-8 lbs a piece. One on each end

might get a better answer asking where people have been seeing rafts of ducks

Same here, my waters always moving and I get tired of running down deeks and also rolling up 14miles of string. I like the idea of clips and a weight at each end.

I don't unclip my decoys from the long lines. I just try to keep them untangled best I can.

That's what I had in mind, go up river and run the line as I drift back

Just make you some up and when you put them out a couple times you will figure out quick how not to do it.

Nothing says fun, quite like 2 longlines of decoys wrapped around a channel marker in the S. Edisto river...
