    Default Another Neil Cost

A buddy of mine in Atlanta bought this in a hunting store in GA back in '78. He may be interested in selling it.

    Any thoughts on value?

I wish I could. I'd have to sell some guns to afford one!

You have guns to spare and I believe the box will go up in value over time better than the gun.

Another one is on ebay today. Short auction and no bids right now. Starts at $800.
Not sure of condition but says it is match grade. Feel free to anyone to buy it for me for Christmas.

Hart if you ever want to get rid of one of those old 870 or 1187s let me know. Would love to have one of those old turkey killers just cant seem to run across one anywhere.

Now that I have all that I was looking for, I seem to run across more of them. I'll let you know next time I find one! Bottomland 1187s are easiest to find followed by Greenleaf 1187s. The 870s in these old patterns are tougher woth the Trebark 1187 being the toughest.

Nichols had a SP-10 in trebark or original bottomland after the season. I almost bought it as I want an SP-10, but put it down to think it over. Came back in two days with the money and it was gone. Kick myself for not picking it up and going to the register.
