Called and complained last year.... I had 4 preference points and then last year they disappeared.... I have two now... and said it was some kind of computer problem... I still have all six "sorry here is a preference point" letters... took them all to Columbia to main office and got a big fat "were sorry, don't know what happened... try again next year..."

If it were true he would have been issued a tag. There is no one that has put in all six years and not been drawn.

I just realized that all my DNR mail is being sent to my parents house and they are on Vacation. I guess I will have to wait and see.
