    I don't know who sprayed for these skeeters around my place but damn if doesn't do the trick. going on 45 days since treatment and not a one to be found. may have been raybirds crowd, wife called and had them come.

    hummingbirds and bats are gone too though. I saw a rabbit with two heads and a snake that looked like a lizard with no legs.

    damn chemicals = skeeter free living = mutated wildlife

    It's so fuckin' wet that DHEC came out yesterday to perform a perc test (I know, right?) and told me that I'm required to lay 800' of drain field.

    Eight. Hundred. Fuckin'. Feet.

    That's about $20k.

    Early this week the savannah at clyo was forecasted to crest at 13.3.
    It has changed every day since and now forecasted to crest Wednesday at 16.4.
    It will continue to rise and become a major flood event at this point.
    I can only imagine there will be some significant fawn mortality in the floodplain and some severe habitat loss for the year!
