    Default taskbar/toolbar help

i put a chart down on my desk and it must've hit a combo of buttons (that must've included the CTRL button).

now, when i go to a page like this, it hides the navigation bar at the top and my taskbar(?) at the bottom where I can quickly hit other icons like my day's schedule, etc. in order to get these bars to become active, I have to hold the cursor at the top or bottom of the page.

I dont want them hidden. I want them back like they were. I went into the control panel but couldnt figure it out.

I dont like change. Someone tell me how to put it back like normal.

I patiently await the smartass comments and the fix.

    Thanks.

PS--i tried throwing another chart on the keyboard and that didnt work so think of something else. I also thought about resetting everything to the default settings but didnt like that idea, either.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

Run hot water over it and it will take the sting out.
