Recommend me a Cooler that is not a Yeti

I don't understand the price either. You can buy a refrigerator for that price. I'm pretty sure the seal and dense material on a fridge is higher quality than any cooler.

I try not to comment on these threads because I really don't care what kind of cooler you buy, but having said that, I have a question.

Somebody above made mention of a Yeti being a "status symbol". Please explain this to me. I don't get it. I'd think your life is in a pretty poor state if you'd refer to a cooler as a "status symbol"?????

Think about it, you see these dog hunter people that ride them around on top of their dog boxes. Do you really think to yourself, "now that motherfucker there has arrived!" Help me out here......

I saw a pelican cooler this past weekend for the first time and in my opinion it is better than my yeti.
