Greenville Caterers
I am in need of a high quality, low cost caterer in the Upstate that carries sufficient insurance coverage for be at my rehearsal dinner on Nov. 8th.
Really do not want to spend more than $20-25/person
Any suggestions? Would really like to do something simple like:
Baked beans, bbq, slaw, sausage etc
or
low country boil, fixins etc...
or
burgers, dogs, fries, o-rings, etc..
nothing fancy, just good food.

Are you including alcohol prices into that figure? How many people?

negative - alcohol is separate figure for rehearsal dinner
Larkin's is doing our wedding reception which is going to end up being around 55-60/person with Alkeehol

Check out the "Lazy Chicken" on Butler Rd off of Woodruff. Howard will caterer anything. For booze, call Liquid Catering.

The venue requires the caterers and bar tenders to carry insurance - they also have to be pre-approved, otherwise I must use Rick Erwins

I don't know Rick. He lists sauces in his sides menu which seems a tad fucked up, but he has a nice wine menu. If I were him I'd take that strip of the menu... And he has a strange attachment to onions.

I did my rehearsal dinner at the soby's corporate loft where sobys catered everything. Wedding at the cliffs @ glassy and reception at larkens pavilion on the river. You will dig larkens. They do it right. The bartender stuck a cold 6pack in the back seat of the 58 belair we drove off in with a few Trojans on top
