    3 Rounds

    21-15-9

    OH Squats 95lb
    Burpees

    31:51

    This one turned out to be more than we bargained for. In the second and third round I had to stop several times from dizziness. I'm usually strong on OH Squats but could not get stable today. I was having to step forward, adjust my grip, etc. Spent too much energy trying to get comfortable vs knocking out squats. All in all it was good way to end the week. Tomorrows WOD will hopefully be Find, Kill, Carry longbeard for time.

    Uh, I think you all did this'n wrong.

    That's an under 10 minute WOD. You aren't supposed to go through all 45 reps 3 times.

    Just 21/15/9 of each movement, Fran style.

    One round is not enough. This one was originally prescribed as 3 rounds

    I mean my God. Murph and Angie only have 100 AIR squats.

    If I saw 135 OHS @ any weight I would take that day off.
