Is there a good source for woodworking plans that anyone knows of? Just looking for new ideas. Thanks

I just finished a flag display for my Grandma Betty.

Papa Bill passed away a few weeks ago at 97.

After the funeral, Grandma Betty had his flag sitting in a chair in her bedroom. When I asked her what she planned to do with it, she responded with no plans. So, I made a plan.

    I expect she'll be pleased.

I just wish all of the wood I work with had rings this tight....

    Fantastic!

The hardest part of that would have been getting the flag folded up properly, at least for me. Super job, sir.

SimpleMan made me a really nice one for my Dad’s flag when he passed away. I would take a picture of it, but Navy guys folded the flag and it’s unsat. The only service that should be allowed to fold flags is the USMC.

I had to refold this one due to the squids that folded it at the burial. In their defense, two things: 1. They seemed like they were young enough to play little league baseball. 2. I can't do shit with gloves on either.

Hell, they don't even blow the trumpet anymore... it's electronic.
