    I've had Marlin several times.. It's alright. Some little place in St Thomas used to fry up little flying fish whole. I liked them too.

    Best for frying has to be blackfish.....best use for mahi is to cut up the first one of the day as soon as it hits the deck, throw it in the fridge in the ziploc full of citrus juices, onion, celantro, garlic for a coupla hours, and have some ceviche for lunch! The rest is given away to my employees.....
