It is your thermostat. It is easy to replace. Here is a how to video. You can do it with one screwdriver.

Also, the temperature is always a little cooler at the bottom of the fridge. I had one that froze things in the bottom drawer.

First of all, don't hate me because I am beautiful. Second, I was mearly pointing out that the man's diagram had a serious flaw in it. BTW, counterintuitivly in a fridge it is usually colder on top than the bottom because most fridges get their cold from the freezer via vents, and those are usually near the top.

Pro Tip: Get you some RJ Rockers which at about 8% will provide you and the beer some much needed anti-freeze. MG

may have stripped or broken the dial and so therefore its stuck on a higher #.. pop the dial off and see if you can turn it down with a screwdriver... if not its the thermostat....
