We did this a couple of weeks ago and I got 243. I'm hoping I can get 245-250 this time around.

I'll be at 240. Unless I can somehow pull a muscle up out of my ass.

My only hope it to have my tie break times as low as possible. Kick the shit out of the wall balls and be smooth on DU's.

    And another thing...

I can't concentrate on these standards and movements in these videos worth a damn with Julie Fouche as the demo athlete. Gracious.

I finished the wall balls in 6:53. For anyone who has yet to do it or would like to give it another go, pace yourself early on the wall balls. I did sets of 15 with a short rest in between through the first 90 reps then I switched to sets of 10. It seems ridiculous to rest that early but it really pays off during those last 50 reps or so.

I ended up with 183 yesterday, but double unders are something I really need to work on. We did Karen Tuesday unfortunately and they hurt me as well. Congrats on to the fellows +200.

No thrusters or pull-ups so far. I think we'll see one or both this week with the possibility of toes-to-bar being thrown in there.

Yeah. We should see something on the pull up bar this week. Damn a thruster.

I moved up another 45 spots this week. Helps to be in the old dude division.

    13.4...

    7 minute AMRAP of:
    3 Clean and jerk
    3 Toes-to-bar
    6 Clean and jerk
    6 Toes-to-bar
    9 Clean and jerk
    9 Toes-to-bar
    12 Clean and jerk
    12 Toes-to-bar
    15 Clean and jerk
    15 Toes-to-bar
    18 Clean and jerk
    18 Toes-to-bar...

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

Loads: 135 pounds for men / 95 pounds for women

Grip it and rip it! Good luck all.

Yall have fun. I'm out 6-9 days with a rotator cuff strain. At least I hope it's only a strain.

70 reps. I got off rhythm on T2B on the set of 3 but other than that I don't see where I can make up reps. I never stopped moving. Ever. Good luck.

    13.5 is...

    WORKOUT 13.5

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
    100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
    15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
    Etc.

Weight for women is 65 lbs.

Soooo, basically if you don't have a sub 4 Fran time with regular pull ups then you have a nasty 4 minutes of work ahead of you.

    Good luck guys and gals.
