    Well it is over. Thank God. I tossed up a whopping 52 reps for 13.5 My worst performance of the open. I hit muscle fatigue quick. Choice was was energy on half ass effort and get no repped or waist time recovering. Neither are good options when you only have 4 minutes to work.

    Overall I finished 140th in the region in the 40-44 division, 9th in the state.

    CrossFit Spartanburg finished up in 17th in the region as a team. West Palm, here we come.

    Congrats to everyone who competed in the Open and finished all 5 WODs. There were some tough combinations in this one. Keep pushing and training for "life" and the competitions will take care of themselves.
