Anybody else think the price of a truck is absurd? I mean none of them are anywhere near as tough as they should be and cost 3 times what they should. I see no need for carpet and tvs in a vehicle that I intend on using as a truck.

exactly why i want a work truck edition. they wont let you add one thing without adding a mess of stuff. if i wanna watch tv and heat my seat i'll sit in my recliner with a heating pad on my butt. i really want a brand new 1978 f250 highboy or a real power wagon those were trucks

That they are as we'll as more expensive to maintain. 7500 lbs is pretty serious weight, you would get 17 MPG towing with the 6.7. I pull 14,000lbs and get around 15. You more than welcome to kick the tires on mine anytime.

    I have a 2013 F350 6.2 with 4.30 gearing. I get 12 mpg combined. Pulls with no issues.
