Purchased a new IWB carry holster for my M&P 9mm from White Hat Holsters. Pretty pricy at $85 for an IWB holster but I like nice stuff and I take care of it. (they have cheaper models) I will say that you honesty do not even feel it. I am anxious to see how well it breaks in.

So I received the wrong color and material for the holster and I called them and wanted to let them know. She asked for my order number checked my order and then said ok I will have a new one sent out tomorrow morning. I asked her if it was really that easy and if she just trusted me... She replied "Yes, it is." I just havent experienced any good customer service like that and also wanted to note that this is a awesome quality holster with a lifetime warranty. They offer 10% LE and Military discounts as well.
