They're already flat, what else do you want to do to them?

Do you have much luck with flounder in the cold weather? I always thought they showed up in the Spring and went seaward when it got cold. The Spring reports from around Pawleys Island have been the omen I listened for that the flatties were in.

I just bought a new gigging light that I'm dying to try out.

Best be careful you don't jump out on those oyster beds, you could injure yourself and require a series of stitches and antibiotics treatments.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Yea I'd say there's at LEAST a month if not 2 before the flounder fishing gets anywhere close to good...the trout fishing on the other hand...

I could care less about catching a flounder on a rod and reel. A spear however is a very different story

Seeing these soulless vanilla ice lookin Yankees on a bassboat is worse than watching a woman get her implants taken out. It's just wrong. Get back in your Lund and go back to infisherman.

I've heard of people gigging in the winter but have never seen evidence to back it.
