Rules are as follows: While one partner completes a round, the other is resting in a wall sit! Back is against the wall and thighs are parallel to the floor! IF you stop or stand up, partner working must stop and resume when you’re back in the wall sit.

10 Box jump (SPORT)/step up (FITNESS) (M=24/W=20)
10 No squat Manmaker (M=50/30 & W=30/20)
Rest 2 minutes, then
Rules are as follows: partner resting must rest in the front leaning position! Hands and toes only on the ground. if the partner drops knees to the ground, working partner must stop. Resume once partner is back into position.
