    Have had good luck on ZOOM lizards that same color 2th. Also, it is hard to beat an ole Culprit Red-shad round these parts.

    do you fish it on the bottom, or do you fish it without a weight about a foot or so beneath the surface?? Prolly depends on what the floor of the lake is growing, but I was just wondering.

    i like the smallest weight you can find...1/32. i will go with a 1/16 if i need it...

    i just like the way a bigger bass just grabs your worm and walks off with it. no "tap-tap". no tugging....just walking off. you know before you set the hook that you have a decent fish.

    I agree with 2th, I use the smallest weight if any at all...ultra sensitive rod twitch it fast across the top of matted weeds, plastic worm worked that way is by far the most effective top water lure around for bass.
