Are these those blue headlights that I can't freaking stand because they're so bright?

This is what I've had in my last few trucks. On my current one I replaced high/low and fogs. The low beam ballast has went out three times. They will warranty them but only after you send the defective one back. Then you have to wait 50-11 days for the boat from China to bring you another. Cornbread them, here is a better supplier that will have them to you in a week https://autozek.com/.

HID lights, when aimed correctly are actually better than the incandescant lights since they have a cut off point where the incandescant lamps offer a spread pattern.

The HID systems can be expensive and a hassle. You can have issues with them burning out the ballasts and replacing those is not cheap.

I put them in my 06 silverado. 6k is plenty bright. The brand of mine are morimoto from theretrofitsource.com. the 6k are bright with a slight blue tint but, not so blue that they look purple. The place i bought them from is excellent with customer service and installation is a breeze. The kit comes with a 6 year warranty and cost me $150.00 for the ballast, heavy duty wire harness, 2 ice cube relays and both bulbs. (everything you need for install) here is what you need for low beam if you have an 06 silverado. :http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3957

It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

If I see one more Chevrolet with blue headlights I will hunt you down and run your truck over with a skidder and drum chopper.

They are a bitch to install in dodges because you have to add a resistor however I installed them in my fogs, highs and lows and have never had a problem. $150 bucks and its done.

Good thing you don't have to worry about it since it doesn't pertain to you.
