i know...I know...i could use the search function or google but i'm not so bite me.
my son's deer. we cut off the "flank steak" and other poor cuts of meat that most of you jokers throw away so dont judge me, bitches.
i put them in the fridge last saturday. i put some marinade on it this saturday. i used whateverthefuckiwantedto out of the fridge. (no dale's)
so now I have these 5" long strips of meat. they are about 1/4 thick, at least, and only an inch wide or less. you know...like jerky-sized.
i want to make jerky or at least attempt to. do i need to tenderize it? if not, can it go straight on an oven rack with a pan under for dripping? if not, can you bring me a dehydrator?
