I changed the oil in my SHO 150 the other day after watching a youtube video. The short of all this is the guy used a piece of 1" PVC and stuck it over the rubber where the oil drains from. I didn't have any 1" but did have some 3/4" and cut it to about 4 foot. I stuck it up there and it fit right inside the rubber piece. It worked really well keeping oil from going all over the place. I just tilted the motor up and loosened the plug and stuck the pipe in. Tilted it down into a bucket and away it went. No oil anywhere but where I wanted it. Just an FYI for anyone who may have similar motor. There is a video but I can't get it to link from youtube.
