If you can look past the media spin that is all Trump has ever said. There are good people in shithole countries I don't think anyone has a problem with them coming here. I didn't see many "good" Somalis lined up outside the Djiboutian embassy trying to come to America. I saw future welfare recipients and potential Islamic extremists. The establishment parties could give two shits about fixing that....

Maybe I missed another post. But which one is it for you? We should give all opportunities and not be gatekeepers or we should use merit based? Your thoughts appear to conflict. I'm just curious. In the shithole thread you seemed pretty adamant on the former not the latter.

I've been to three north African countries and four sub-saharan countries. All but one was a shit hole and that was SA. But, I think it has the possibility of becoming a shit hole pretty quickly.

I clarified my position later in the thread. I said that I had no problem with the screening process but didn’t agree with denying qualified people from shithole countries.
