Not much wind damage inland.... Power out 4-8" of rain

We were lucky in Branchville. We only lost power for a few minutes this morning, but we got plenty of rain. Had 6.8 inches by 7 this evening.

It's been ugly. Different from Matthew. Not as much wind, but inundation and water is the problem.

Neighbor's water oak snapped while I was on the front porch and took out the corner of their house.

My friends homes (x3) have water all in their homes.

Wind was less than Matthew. Water was pretty bad.

I guess it depends on where you live. I got over 14" with Matthew and then I got the backside winds. So it would be hard to compare to that.

I'm good. Had power the whole time. That wind was bad and rained liked hell. I had to stay inside yesterday and that was worst than the storm.

No kidding. I can't see paying $1.5m for that. Did the hurricane rip 90% of it off?

I would think if you dropped that kinda cash on a boat, you probably have bigger things to worry about when a storms coming.

I think the $1.5 million dollar boat sank, and a shitty sail boat is left in the picture.

Yeah, I am assuming that there is a Jarrett Bay somewhere underwater in the pic because there is not 2,500 worth of boat showing. If I am wrong, someone come give me 200k for this Sunfish I have laying in the yard.
