Ticket for over the limit

On the last weekend I killed 27 wood ducks by myself and I received a ticket, will I be going to jail? Or can I just pay a large fine.. I really don’t want to have to bust some cheeks in the slammer but I wil if necessary. Any advice or a good attorney to suggest who has worked with the dnr? I was near rock hill for all you cyber scouters...

No, probably not. I killed 6 turkeys one morning last February in a national wildlife preserve, and the 2 Federal green jeans that stopped me just thanked me for helping to control the coyote population by starving them out. No harm done. Thank goodness 4 of them were gobblers.

The federal green pants get a bad rap, last gator season we had 1 tag and assumed that meant everyone in the boat could get one....... So 4 gators later in a refuge we get a pat on the back and an apology for sc not making the tags clearer and an apology for the refuge signs blinding us when the spotlight hit them. Really good guys, even shared a bottle of bourbon.

Shhhhhh the hail call on wood ducks is the trick. Don't be telling secrets. The red bass boat they think your fishing then they get closer and see camo and realize it's trick. then it's to late because there in the 75 yard shooting range by then.
