So, for shits and giggles let's just say that I have a bottomland dipped 1187 that was given to me by Toxey Haas in 1990... for people who like to buy that kind of stuff and out of curiosity what's it worth to an inquiring mind?

It's worth what the fool that buys it will pay
You've got one life. Blaze on!
Would it be worth more as a dipped 11-87, without the backstory?
Ask GP what he saw one sell for on GunBroker...recently.

Just Damn.
If it doesn't have his signature on it in silver Sharpie, $100. I'd say it'd be worth more than an 870 signed by Tim Sylvia.

I don’t know who that is, and it’s an 11-87. Not much
There is no telling. I watched a greenleaf go for $3k on gun broker a few weeks ago. Bottomlands don't seem to carry the same value as a greenleaf right now but "given to me by Toxey Haas in 1990" and the right buyer could send the price out of the roof.
Can you get it autographed in gold sharpie by some MMA stars before I make an offer?
Or maybe by the cast of Southern Charm?

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
If you could get a TFC member to sign the stock, JTMARTIN and Feetdown would have a bidding war on said gun.
More fuel = more boost!!
The adage, "buy the gun, not the story" comes to mind...
