    Default Rod Holders On Pontoon

    I need to put about 6 rod holder on my poontoon, I will want to remove them when I go to the lake with the wife and kids so nothing permanent. Any suggestions?

    Talkin about rod holders anybody know where I can get the brackets that fit in the t-rail on a war eagle for driftmasters?

    Build your own. Atleast that's what I did. 1" u bolts and cut the threads off and 3/8" cold roll welded to the angle of your likes. Thread one end and make your bases out of aluminum flat bar and tap it to the thread size. I powder coated my rod holders but that rubber coating in a can should work fine. Hell of a lot cheaper than buying them.

    I got some from Cabela's. They're the hard plastic type, we use for trolling for stripers. Had them for 9 years now and no problems. They lift up and rotate to unlock them, I am probably going to stop by the lake house today and I will see which ones I got.
